Merger of Otiria School and Bay of Islands Intermediate School Pursuant to section 156a of the Education Act 1989,I hereby declare that Otiria School (1070) and Bay of Islands Intermediate School (1006) will merge on the 27th day of January 1997, and become a primary school.
