Prohibition of the Prescribing of Medicines Pursuant to section 48 (1) (a) of the Medicines Act 1981, I, Maurice Donald Williamson, Associate Minister of Health, on the recommendation of the Medical Council of New Zealand, hereby prohibit the prescribing of benzodiazepine and its derivatives, and fenfluromine hydrochloride by Satish Chandra, medical practitioner of Auckland.
