Order for Confiscation Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 DCT: 157/95 CRN: 6019017010-1 5019017532 On 22 July 1996 at the District Court at Hamilton Antonio Joseph Guzzo of 9 Searanke Place, Hamilton, was sentenced to a total of 6 years imprisonment following his conviction on charges of receiving (2), aggravated robbery, aggravated assault (2) and possession of Class B controlled drug for supply. And in addition to the above penalty, His Honour Judge Rea has ordered that $665.55 cash and a gold Ford Falcon motor vehicle, registered No. LC 4411, owned by the above-mentioned defendant Antonio Joseph Guzzo, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to sections 8, 9, 10, 14, 15 and 16 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 1991.
