Cancellation of Licence Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 6 May 1996, which was granted under those regulations to Peter Van Ryn in respect of: Lollipops Playland, situated at Station Village, Petone, Lower Hutt.h The centre has ceased to operate as an early childhood service.
