Cancellation of Licence Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 9 March 1994, which was granted under those regulations to Natalie Southon in respect of: Te Manawanui O Aotea, Emirau Place, Air Force Base, Te Rapa, Hamilton.
