Member Appointed to Board to Have Control of Lake Okataina Scenic Reserve MICHAEL HARDIE BOYS, Governor-General Pursuant to subsection (1) of section 17 of the Maori Purposes Act 1931 and section 31 (d) of the Reserves Act 1977, His Excellency the Governor-General, hereby appoints as a new member in place of Eliza Raiha Serjeant (resigned) Keita Katherine Emery to the special board by the name of the Lake Okataina Scenic Reserve Board, as described in the notice dated 19 September 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 11 October 1990, No. 176, pages 38093810, for the balance of the term of 7 years.
