Cancellation of Licence Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 7 February 1995, which was granted under those regulations to Lyndsay Margaret Ryan in respect of: Crayons Learning Centre - Parnell, 9195 Saint Georges Bay Road, Parnell, Auckland.
