Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Rangi Aniwaniwa Amendment Notice 1996 Pursuant to section 155 (8) of the Education Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Education, the Group Manager Implementation, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby gives the following notice: N o t i c e 1. The Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Rangi Aniwaniwa 1994 Notice is hereby amended by the insertion of the following new clause: 5A. Constitution of the Board of Trustees: (a) Five elected parent representatives. (b) The principal. (c) A staff representative. (d) Not more than four persons co-opted by the Board. 2. Clause 5 of the notice entitled Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Rangi Aniwaniwa 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette, of 28 July 1994, No. 75, page 2413, is hereby revoked. 3.
