Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 December 1994, which was granted under those regulations to Angela Gibbs, in respect of: `A Child's World', 135 Seaview Road, Paraparaumu Beach.
