Cancellation of Licence Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 6 January 1996, which was granted under those regulations to Leanne Newman in respect of: Arrowtown Community Preschool Inc, corner of Durham and Caervarnon Streets, Arrowtown.
