Appointment of President of Court of Appeal Pursuant to section 57 of the Judicature Act 1908, Her Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint The Right Honourable Sir Ivor Lloyd Morgan Richardson, a Judge of the Court of Appeal to be a President of the Court of Appeal, the commission to take effect on the 17th day of February 1996.
