Final Determination and Imposition of Anti-Dumping Duty: Abrasive Discs and Wheels From Korea and Taiwan, Amendment No. 1 (Duty Reassessment) Pursuant to section 14 of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 (``the Act''), the Secretary of Commerce, having carried out a reassessment of anti-dumping duty in respect of imports into New Zealand of abrasive discs and wheels from Dongbo Grinding Wheel Co of Korea and having determined a new anti-dumping duty applicable to those goods, gives the following notice. N o t i c e 1. Title and commencement (1) This notice may be cited as the Final Determination and Imposition of Anti-Dumping Duty: Abrasive Discs and Wheels From Korea and Taiwan, Amendment No. 1 (Duty Reassessment), and shall be read together with and deemed part of the notice entitled ``Final Determination and Imposition of Anti-Dumping Duty: Abrasive Discs and Wheels From Korea and Taiwan''* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice). (2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date on which it is published in the New Zealand Gazette. 2. Amendment to anti-dumping duty applicable The principal notice is hereby amended by omitting the Second Schedule and substituting the Schedule set out in this notice. *Published on pages 3770 and 3771 of the New Zealand Gazette of 26 October 1995. Note: The Second Schedule to the principal notice sets out the rate of duty to be paid in respect of subject goods imported or intended to be imported from producers. The rate specified in the Second Schedule applied to the types and sizes of the subject goods for each producer, including Dongbo Grinding Wheel Co. The reassessment was initiated following a change in the export arrangements for the subject goods produced by Dongbo Grinding Wheel Co which changed the export prices for the goods. The change meant that the goods were no longer dumped, and accordingly no duty should be paid in respect to certain types and sizes of abrasive discs and wheels exported by Dongbo Grinding Wheel Co.
