Sacred Heart Girls' College, New Plymouth Student Election Extension Notice Pursuant to clause 9 (2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989 and acting under authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the date for the close of voting (and all subsequent actions in accordance with the Education (Trustee Elections) Regulations 1992) for the election of a student representative for the Board of Trustees of Sacred Heart Girls' College, New Plymouth. This action is being taken because of a problem in distributing the voting papers which resulted in some students not receiving an opportunity to vote. The poll for the election of a student representative shall close at noon on 1 March 1996. This notice shall take effect from the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
