Recognition of First Aid Qualifications in Early Childhood Centres Pursuant to regulation 27 (3) and regulation 40 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, the Secretary of Education hereby amends the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette on 24 August 1995, No. 85, page 2431. Pursuant to regulation 27 (3) and regulation 40 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, the Secretary of Education hereby recognises the following first aid qualifications: Course Title Provider Basic First Aid Certificate Southland Youth Development Trust. Occupational First Aid Certificate Southland Youth Development Trust. Comprehensive First Aid Certificate New Zealand Red Cross. Practical First Aid Certificate New Zealand Red Cross.
