Appointment of Judge of Court of Appeal Pursuant to section 57 of the Judicature Act 1908, Her Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint The Honourable Peter Blanchard a Judge of the High Court of New Zealand, to be a Judge of the Court of Appeal of New Zealand to take effect on the 15th day of April 1996.
