Koromiko Farm (1963) Limited Notice of Intention to Remove Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register Koromiko Farm (1963) Limited (``the company'') which has its registered office at Level Eleven, 119 Armagh Street, Christchurch by request, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955 (``the Act''), on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles of the Act.
