The below signed liquidators of the above-named company hereby give notice of their application for the removal of the company from the Register. This application is being made on the grounds that it has delivered to the Registrar: (i) The liquidators final report and statement of realisation and distribution; (ii) A statement that: (a) All known assets have been realised; (b) All proceeds of realisation have been distributed; (c) The company is ready to be removed from the Register; pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Amendment Act 1993.
