Works Limited and Works Corporation Limited Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Companies From the Register Pursuant to Section 318 of the Companies Act 1993 (``the Act'') Notice is given by Works and Development Services Corporation (NZ) Limited, being the sole shareholder of the companies, that it proposes to make application to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Works Corporation Limited and Works Limited, whose registered offices are situated at the Fifth Floor, 154 Featherston Street, Wellington, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the companies have no surplus assets after paying their debts in full or in part, and no creditor had applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, for an order putting the companies into liquidation, the Registrar has been requested to remove the companies from the Register. Notice is given and unless written objections to the removal of the companies are sent or delivered to the Registrar, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, within 20 working days of the date of this notice, the Registrar may remove the companies from the Register.
