Hubble Enterprises Limited (in liquidation) (formerly The Panda Group Limited) Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 of the Companies Act 1955 I, John Robert McCorkindale and James Terrence Taaffe, liquidators of Hubble Enterprises Limited, whose registered office is situated at the offices of Coopers & Lybrand, corner of Raffles and Bower Streets, Napier, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
