Gibco New Zealand (1989) Limited Public Notice of Intention Remove Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955 Albert Ernest Neal hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that he intends to remove Gibco New Zealand (1989) Limited, a company having its registered office at Level Five, 50 Anzac Avenue, Auckland (``the company''), from the Register of Companies, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles of association and the Companies Act 1955. Any objection to the removal of the company from the Register, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 20 November 1996. Dated this 14th day of October 1996.
