Lorraine Estates Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Intended Removal of the Above Company From the Register Notice is hereby given that I, Ralph Every Smith, the liquidator of Lorraine Estates Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at Level One, 291 Madras Street, Christchurch, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Act, on the ground that the liquidation of the company has been completed. Unless written objection to such removal, under section 296 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch, by the 12th day of November 1996, the Register may remove the company from the Register.
