Turners & Walder Limited Notice of Intention to Have Company Removed From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is hereby given that Turners & Walder Limited (``the company''), the registered office of which is at 70 Symonds Street, Auckland, is to be removed from the Register by the Registrar of Companies (``the Registrar'') pursuant to section 293 (1) (c) of the Companies Act 1955 (``the Act''). The ground on which the company is to be removed is that the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (e) of the Act have been delivered to the Registrar. Unless objection to the company's removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Hamilton by Friday, 1 March 1996 (being a date not less than 28 days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
