Owens Drapery Limited Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company From the Register Public notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove Owens Drapery Limited (``the company''), from the New Zealand Register in accordance with section 335a of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that the company has ceased to operate and has discharged all its debts and liabilities. Objections to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies within 30 days of this notice.
