Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), and in the matter of Bonaire Industries Limited, Fisher & Paykel Steel Limited, Mt Wellington Investments Limited, Kirwan Investments Limited, Taieri Investments Limited and R L Morris Limited, each having its registered office at 78 Springs Road, East Tamaki: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 295 (2) of the Act, that William Lindsay Gillanders, company secretary of the above-named companies and authorised person, intends to request the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, that the above-named companies be removed from the Register, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Act, upon the grounds that the companies have discharged in full their liabilities, have ceased to carry on business and have distributed their surplus assets in accordance with its memoranda, articles and the Act. A request stating the above has been sent to the Registrar in the prescribed form. Any notice of objection to such application made, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, not later than the 22nd day of August 1996 (being not less than 28 days from the publication of this notice). This notice is dated the 25th day of July 1996.
