Robertsons (1992) Limited Notice of Intention to Remove Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register, Robertsons (1992) Limited (``the company'') which has its registered office at 9 Copsey Place, Avondale, Auckland, by request, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955 (``the Act'') on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles and the Act. The date by which an objection to the removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is not less than 28 days after the date of the notice.
