International Telecommunications Corporation Limited Notice of Intention to Remove a Company From the Register The Companies Act 1955 Notice is hereby given by the undersigned applicant (Multi-Corp Inc) in accordance with section 295 (2) of the Act, being a shareholder of the company, that it is intended to remove International Telecommunications Corporation Limited, having its registered office at the Todd Building, corner of Brandon Street and Lambton Quay, Wellington, from the New Zealand Companies Register under section 293 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles. Unless written objection to the removal, under section 296 of the Act, is made to the Registrar within 28 days of the date on which this notice was published, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
