Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Hibiscus Air Services Limited: Please take notice that C. M. Broughton, director of Hibiscus Air Services Limited, is requesting the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the Register, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) and section 293 (a), on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with the memorandum and articles and this Act.
