Notice of Proposed Dissolution of Company In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Selwood Farm Limited, having its registered office at 113 Grange Road, Mount Eden: Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that under section 293 (1) (d) and on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles. After the expiration of 30 days from the date of this notice, it is proposed to apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the Register, and unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies within 30 days from the date of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
