Ramsdell Enterprises Limited Notice of Intention to Request the Registrar of Companies to Remove Company from the Register Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is hereby given that Ramsdell Enterprises Limited, whose registered office is situated at Peacock Perkins, Fifth Floor, 57 Symonds Street, Auckland, has applied to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955, that the company be removed from the Register on the grounds that it has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 211 of the Companies Act 1955, for an order putting the company into liquidation. Unless written objection to the removal, under section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland by the 28th day of March 1996 (being a date not less than 28 days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
