No. 432/96 In the High Court of New Zealand, Christchurch Registry In the matter of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, between Peter Leon Hayward, council worker of Christchurch and Mark Andrew Sutherland, mechanic of Christchurch and Graham Roy Averis, mechanic of Christchurch Plaintiffs: And in the matter of The Hillsborough Motor Cycle Club Incorporated (formerly The Devils Henchmen Motor Cycle Club Incorporated), a duly incorporated society under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 Defendant: Take notice that on the 16th day of September 1996, an application for an order that The Hillsborough Motor Cycle Club Incorporated, be put into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 29th day of October 1996 at 10.00 a.m. Any person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day. The applicants are Peter Leon Hayward, Mark Andrew Sutherland and Graham Roy Averis of The Hillsborough Motor Cycle Club Incorporated, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Joynt Andrews, Solicitors, Hongkong Bank House, 141 Cambridge Terrace, Christchurch.
