Advertisement of Application for Order Under Section 209zg of the Companies Act 1955 M. No. 49/96 Take notice that on the 22nd day of April 1996, an application for an order under section 209zg of the Companies Act 1955, in respect of M Yovich and Sons Limited was filed in the High Court at Whangarei. The orders sought are orders: (a) That M Yovich and Sons Limited be put into liquidation by the Court under the Companies Act 1955; (b) Alternatively that M Yovich and Sons Limited acquire the plaintiff's shares in the defendant company. The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on Thursday, 16 May 1996 at 10.00 a.m. Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
