Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation M. No. 39/95 Take notice that on the 28th day of February 1996, an application for putting Building & Joinery Specialists Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Nelson, followed by an amended application filed on the 15th day of March 1996. The amended application is to be heard before the High Court at Nelson on the 22nd day of April 1996 at 10.00 a.m. Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
