The Traffic (North Shore City) Notice No. 1, 1996 Pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and under and by way of powers delegated to the Secretary for Transport by an instrument of delegation dated 31 August 1990, I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport, give the following notice: N o t i c e This notice may be cited as the Traffic (North Shore City) Notice No. 1, 1996. That part of the road specified in the Schedule is excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 (1) of the Transport Act 1962, pursuant to section 52 (2) of the Transport Act 1962. That part of the Traffic (North Shore City) Notice No. 1*, signed at Wellington on the 23rd day of October 1990, issued pursuant to section 52 (2) of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, which relates to that part of the road named in the Schedule below, is revoked pursuant to section 52 (3) of the Transport Act 1962. Schedule SITUATED within North Shore City at Albany: Spencer Road: From the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui to Bluff) to a point 100 metres measured westerly, generally, along Spencer Road from Arirang Rise.
