Notice of Proposed Dangerous Goods Rule The Land Transport Safety Authority (LTSA), in accordance with section 10 (1) (a) of the Land Transport Act 1993, gives notice that draft Rule 45001 : Land Transport Safety (Dangerous Goods) is available for public comment. This draft Rule proposes standards and other safety requirements for the transport of dangerous goods on land in New Zealand. Draft Rule 45001 is available for viewing at the LTSA's seven Regional Offices and at public libraries countrywide. Copies have been sent to the Registered Interest Groups, who expressed an interest in the preliminary draft. Submissions on the Dangerous Goods Rule close on 31 January 1997.
