The Traffic (Waimakariri District) Notice No. 2 1996 Pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 and to a delegation from the Minister of Transport to the Secretary for Transport dated 31 August 1990, I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne, Secretary for Transport, give the following notice: N o t i c e (1) This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waimakariri District) Notice No. 2 1996. (2) The Second Schedule to Traffic (Waimakariri District) Notice 1996* is amended by omitting the phrase ``250 metres'', and substituting the phrase ``360 metres''.
