Notice of Revocation of Approval to Act as a Trustee or Statutory Supervisor Under Section 48 of the Securities Act 1978 1. Pursuant to section 48 of the Securities Act 1978, the Securities Commission revokes the following approvals as statutory supervisor: (a) Paul Francis Armstrong, in respect of Te Kairanga Vineyard Management Limited and Company, dated 27 September 1984; (b) Ashley Wayne Burrowes, in respect of participatory securities relating to bloodstock, dated 24 November 1983; (c) Ian Gordon Stuart Donald, in respect of Fielding-Aorangi Trust and Beehive Creek Forestry Partnership, dated 5 October 1993 and 19 August 1994 respectively; (d) Graham Charles Edgar, in respect of Gold Fibre Partnership Number 1 to 30, dated 5 August 1987; (e) Peter Malcolm McCaw, in respect of Utu Management Limited and Company, South Pacific Broadcasting Corporation Limited and Company and Blondini Brothers Limited and Company, dated 3 November 1983, 3 May 1984 and 10 May 1984 respectively; (f) James Bryant Steele, in respect of Bowen Hospital Charitable Trust, dated 6 October 1992; (g) David Roland Winstanely, in respect of Blenheim Angora, dated 19 December 1995; 2. Pursuant to section 48 of the Securities Act 1978 the Securities Commission revokes the following approvals as trustee and statutory supervisor: (a) Coopers & Lybrand Trustee Company Limited, dated 11 April 1985; (b) Lawrence Anderson Buddle Trustee Company Limited, dated 28 March 1985; and (c) Markham Partners Trustee Company Limited, dated 22 March 1988.
