Laingholm Fire District Notice, September 1996 Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice. N o t i c e 1. This notice may be cited as the Laingholm Fire District Notice, September 1996. 2. This notice shall come into force on the 16th day of September 1996. 3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous fire district notices for the Laingholm Fire District. Constitution of Fire Districts 4. The urban areas of the town of Laingholm are hereby constituted as a fire district. 5. The boundary of the constituted fire district is defined and delineated on a plan held at the National Office, New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.
