Tutukaka Coast Fire District Notice, June 1996 Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice. N o t i c e 1. This notice may be cited as the Tutukaka Coast Fire District Notice, June 1996. 2. This notice shall come into force on the 28th day of June 1996. 3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous fire district notices for the Ngunguru Fire District. Constitution of a Fire District 4. The urban areas of the town of Ngunguru are hereby constituted as the Tutukaka Coast Fire District. 5. The boundary of the constituted Fire District is defined and delineated on a plan held at the National Office, New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington. Dated at Wellington this 20th day of June 1996. K.
