Huia Fire District Notice, February 1996 Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice. N o t i c e 1. This notice may be cited as the Huia Fire District Notice, February 1996. 2. This notice shall come into force on the 26th day of February 1996. Constitution of Fire District 4. The urban area of the town of Huia is hereby constituted as fire district. 5. The boundary of the constituted fire district is defined and delineated on a plan held at the national office of the New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.
