Cameron Homes Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Meeting of Creditors Pursuant to Section 213 of the Companies Act 1955 On the 27th day of August 1996, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 211 of the Companies Act 1955, that Cameron Homes Limited be liquidated and that Kerry Thomas Stotter and Bruce Graham Stowell, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed as liquidators.
