Karioi Pastures Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Prove Claims Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, Stuart Raymond Cann and Peter Ross McLean, chartered accountants, both of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Karioi Pastures Limited, pursuant to a shareholders' special resolution dated the 26th day of January 1996. Written consent to the appointment was given on the 16th day of August 1996.
