Auto Alignment (Wellington) Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Section 229 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 On the 5th day of August 1996, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, that Auto Alignment (Wellington) Limited be liquidated voluntarily and that Shane Hussey, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
