Landrost Supplies Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the above-named company on the 2nd day of July 1996, passed a special resolution that: ``The declaration of solvency having been filed in accordance with section 213 (8) of the Companies Act 1955, that the company be wound up voluntarily and that John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed as liquidators of the company.'' Explanation: The company has sold its business as a going concern and ceased to trade. Accordingly, there is no reason for the company to continue to exist.
