Ekeby Holdings Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator The Companies Act 1955 On the 6th day of July 1996, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 211 of the Companies Act 1955, that Ekeby Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Kerry Thomas Stotter and Bruce Graham Stowell, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of July 1996. The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
