Prebble Farm Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator On the 4th day of June 1996, by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Amendment Act 1993, that Prebble Farm Limited be liquidated and that John Hamilton Charles Falloon, chartered accountant of Falloon and Grice, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
