Gleneagles Developments Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice for Creditors to Claim Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of April 1996, it was resolved by a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Amendment Act 1993, that Gleneagles Developments Limited be liquidated and that John Wesley Grocott, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of April 1996.
