Shonan Hotel (New Zealand) Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Section 229 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 Subsequent to the directors resolving that the company would, on the appointment of a liquidator, be able to pay its debts, Phillip Geoffrey Bowker, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the company by special resolution of the members on the 16th day of April 1996, the date that the liquidation commenced.
