J M Hampton Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator On the 13th day of May 1996, by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Amendment Act 1993, that J M Hampton Limited be liquidated and that John Hamilton Charles Falloon, chartered accountant of Falloon and Grice, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
