The orders sought are as follows: 1. Requiring alternatively to purchase the shares of the plaintiff in Latimer at a fair value to be determined by the Court. 2. An account of profits by the first defendant and second defendant. 3. Interest. 4. Costs of and incidental to this proceeding. The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 2nd day of October 1995 at 10.00 a.m. Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
