That the time within which the applicant may deliver to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland for registration against Nikau Enterprises Limited in the manner required by the Companies Act 1955, a debenture securing all moneys presently or at a later date owing to the applicant by Nikau Enterprises Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Tauranga, by way of first charge over the assets and undertaking of Nikau Enterprises Limited, which debenture dated 25 July 1994, was granted by Nikau Enterprises Limited to Trust Bank Bay of Plenty Limited, which company amalgamated with the applicant under Part VA of the Companies Act 1955 on 1 April 1995, be extended for a period of twenty-one (21) days from the date of the order, or to a fixed date, and upon such terms and conditions as may seem to the Court just and expedient. 2. That the applicant be registered as the holder of the said debenture. 3. Such other orders as this Court deems just.
